BUENA PARK
The Planning Commission will vote on a renewal of First Southern Baptist Church’s conditional-use permit to build a homeless shelter on the property during tonight’s meeting.
Last month the church was given additional time to correct code violations, such as improperly stored vehicles and removal of debris from the property, before renewal of the permit was considered. The original permit expired in December.
The meeting is at 7 p.m. in the council chamber, 6650 Beach Blvd.
