Lawyer’s Murder Trial Goes to Jury

An attorney charged with killing his pregnant wife didn’t love her, professing his love instead to a judge with whom he was having an affair, a prosecutor said in his closing arguments. Fletcher, 30, is charged with first-degree murder in Leann Fletcher’s Aug. 16 shooting death. He faces life in prison without parole if convicted.
