The Department of Community and Library Services will hold its annual Uncle Sam’s 3rd of July Celebration at 4 p.m. Monday at Fred Kelly Stadium, 3920 Spring St. The event will include food, patriotic music by the Orange Community Chorus and fireworks. Information: (714) 744-7274.
