Auto Club to Offer Free Holiday Tows
The Automobile Club of Southern California will offer a free “tipsy tow” during the four-day holiday weekend, from Saturday at 6 p.m. through midnight Tuesday, for drivers who drink too much and don’t feel fit to drive. A fee will be charged for any tow farther than seven miles.
The service excludes rides for passengers and is restricted to a one-way, one-time ride. Reservations are not accepted.
