Volunteer poll watchers will put themselves at the city’s 29 voting precincts Tuesday with lists of registered voters and cross off people’s names as they come in to vote.
Anyone who hasn’t voted by 6 p.m.--minus the people who voted via absentee ballots--will receive a phone call from a poll watcher with a reminder to vote. Volunteer drivers will be available for residents who need a ride to and from the polls.
