The City Council agreed this week to begin the restoration of Valley View Street from Orangethorpe Avenue to 183rd Street.
The city has allocated $75,000 of the estimated $292,000 needed to complete the project. Under the agreement, Buena Park will split the cost of restoring this section of Valley View with the city. Half of La Palma’s cost for the project will be funded with money supplied by the Orange County Transportation Authority.
