The Painting the Way campaign to refurbish Huntington Beach High School is asking the public for donations to help repaint the school.
Donations from Toyota of Huntington Beach, Hearthside Homes and Coatings Resource have jump-started the project, but the campaign needs more financial help if it is to meet its goal of $14,000 to paint the math-science building over spring break, said Gail Pelliccioni, chairwoman of the committee.
