Michael Abate scored on Guillermo Martinez’s sacrifice fly in the 10th inning to give the JetHawks a 3-2 victory over the San Jose Giants in a California League game Monday night at San Jose.
Allan Simpson (2-0) came on in the ninth to protect a 2-1 lead for Lancaster (20-12) but wound up with a victory after he gave up an earned run.
