ValueClick Merges With Click Agents.com

ValueClick Inc. of Westlake Village said it has acquired Click Agents.com Inc. The merger is intended as a pooling of interests. Click Agents.com will receive 5.3 million shares of ValueClick stock.

Both companies provide performance-based online advertising solutions for Internet marketers.
