City officials awarded a contract to Richard L. Walker Inc. to provide routine and emergency cleaning of sewer lines in the city. Walker Inc. has provided sewer-cleaning services to the city for 20 years. The city would pay $95 per hour for emergency services during fiscal year 2000-01 and $105 per hour the following year.
