LAGUNA NIGUEL
The City Council will adopt a resolution tonight naming the students and faculty of the John S. Malcom School as the recipients of the city’s Environmental Award Program for the year 2000.
The school is being recognized for its outstanding recycling program.
The council meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 27841 La Paz Road.
