More than 100 area civic, social and philanthropic groups will be spotlighted at the 25th annual Irvine Harvest Festival Silver Jubilee beginning tonight and ending Sunday.

This year’s event will be held on a 40-acre site just off the Santa Ana Freeway’s Culver Drive or Jamboree Road exits, at the corner of Bryan Avenue and El Camino Real North.

Festivities will include a carnival, live entertainment and contests. Admission is $6 for adults, $4 for senior citizens. Children 5 and younger get in free. Hours are from 6 to midnight tonight, 10 a.m. to midnight Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
