Prop. 38 Faulty

I am a teacher in the Santa Ana school district. I have seen good things happening in education this year. I am very afraid that the gains I am seeing, with the major shift in focus on education, will be set back if Proposition 38 is passed. Whether a person is for or against vouchers is not the problem here. This proposition is very faulty. There are no safeguards to ensure the students will receive a quality education. Standards on staffing, class size, accessibility and teaching standards have not been defined. It is very loosely written and could put many students at risk.
