L.A. Baptist 49, Pasadena Marshall 14--Lord Cole rushed for 218 yards and four touchdowns in 16 carries and Joshua Flynn scored on a 93-yard touchdown pass play for the Knights in an Alpha League opener at Alemany High.
Cole’s brother Otha scored the Knights’ last touchdown on a 22-yard run in the fourth quarter.
Steven Graham competed eight of 17 passes for 175 yards and two touchdowns for L.A. Baptist (6-0).
