No Sympathy for Those Who Made the Blacklist
The avowed purpose of communism is to destroy our system of government. The blacklisted people (“Keeper of the Flame: A Blacklist Survivor,” Oct. 3) aided and abetted communism, so says this veteran of World War II and the Korean War. There are two true American patriots from those days: actor Robert Taylor and director Elia Kazan, who were willing to call a Commie a Commie by naming names.
