Raise Rates on Junk Mail

* The U.S. Postal Service wants to eliminate Saturday deliveries (April 4). Why inconvenience the public when a solution to its ongoing financial problems is obvious? Eliminate the business subsidies of bulk mail and other reduced-postage exigencies. Let us all pay the full fare! This would add dollars to the coffers and probably eliminate a portion of the junk mail that plagues the system.
