2 Officials, 2 Students Held in Probe of Fire

A headmaster, his deputy and two teenage boys have been arrested in connection with a fire set in a school dormitory last month that killed 67 students, Kenyan police said.
The boys were both students of Kyanguli Secondary School near Nairobi, the capital.
Police said they would recommend that the boys be charged with arson and that the school officials be charged with failing to prevent a felony.
