Pierce 10, Moorpark 1--Kurt Birkins (2-0) took a no-hitter into the eighth inning for the Brahmas (2-2) in a Western State Conference tournament victory at Pierce.
WOMEN’S BASKETBALL
Idaho State 75, CS Northridge 59--The Matadors made only four of 24 shots (16.7%) in the first half of a Big Sky Conference defeat at Northridge.
