DDi Subsidiary OKs Buying Manufacturer

DDi Corp. said Monday that its European subsidiary agreed to acquire Thomas Walter Ltd., a printed circuit-board manufacturer based in Marlow, England, for $30 million in cash.

Anaheim-based DDi said it expects the acquisition by DDi Europe Ltd. to close early next month, subject to approval from selling shareholders.

DDi provides interconnect services for the electronics industry.
