Pets.com Inc.’s shareholders approved a plan to sell the company’s assets as the former online retailer of pet supplies shuts down. The San Francisco-based company’s officers and directors resigned and its board hired Richard Couch of Diablo Management Group to oversee the liquidation. . . . EBay Inc., the largest Internet auction company, said it’s raising seller listing fees in the U.S. and Canada and will use the additional revenue for more marketing, services and technology. The company told users it will raise fees Jan. 31 in the U.S. by 5 cents to $1.30. It plans a similar increase for sellers in Canada who list their items in U.S. dollars. . . . Computer Sciences Corp. of El Segundo said it won a 6 1/2-year contract from NASA worth as much as $144 million to install computer systems at the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md.
