* Ocean Spray Inc. said its shareholders voted 2 to 1 to reject a proposal to sell the largest U.S. maker of cranberry juice. The almost 1,000 cranberry and grapefruit growers who own the cooperative voted at Ocean Spray’s annual meeting in San Diego, a company spokesman said. J. Garfield DeMarco, a New Jersey grower who is the No. 3 Ocean Spray shareholder, and two growers from Massachusetts sued the company in November to try to force the board to consider a sale.
