* PEPPERDINE (10-5, 2-0) at LOYOLA MARYMOUNT (5-10, 1-1), 7:30, KXLU-FM (88.9)--This is the first of a home-and-home series this week between these two West Coast Conference rivals. Tonight’s game is the 130th in a series that dates to 1940-41. Pepperdine and Loyola play again Saturday night at Malibu in a game that will be televised by Fox Sports Net 2. The Waves, winners of four in a row, opened WCC play last week with victories over Santa Clara and San Diego. Loyola is 1-1 in conference play.
