Reward Offered in Slaying of Woman

A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the killer of a 39-year-old mother of seven, gunned down outside her home in July, police said.
Graciela Zavala, whose children range in age from 13 months to 19 years old, was shot late on July 8 in the 700 block of East 7th Street, Long Beach Police Officer Jana Blair said.
The gunman was described as a Latino male in his early 20s, possibly with a shaved head and a goatee, Blair said.
The motive for the shooting is not known, she said.
