Kind obituary--A caption accompanying an obituary of Diana Streisand Kind in some editions of the California section on Wednesday incorrectly stated that she sang as a cantor. It should have said she was a cantor’s daughter.
Involved in a number of charitable causes, Kind worked in New York City schools for many years before moving to Los Angeles to be near Streisand.
