$25,000 Reward Offered for Tip in Hit-and-Run
From Times Staff Reports
The City Council offered a $25,000 reward Tuesday for information leading to the arrest of the driver of a green Honda Odyssey that hit two L.A. police officers, injuring one critically.
Detectives said the right side mirror of the 1999 minivan was torn off in the crash Saturday at Heliotrope Drive and Beverly Boulevard.
A witness described the driver as an Asian man, 40 to 45 years old, with short salt-and-pepper hair and small round glasses. Those with information should call (213) 485-3111.
