Rescued Sea Lion Heads Up River Again

A California sea lion that was removed by animal rescue workers from the Petaluma River has made its way up the Napa River.
The 286-pound male sea lion has been splashing and living it up under a bridge in St. Helena, said Erin Brodie, Marine Mammal Center stranding coordinator in San Francisco.
The sea lion, between 4 and 8 years old, is the same animal that the center rescued last month after it paddled its way up the Petaluma River, Brodie said.
