Cryin’ a river over Tule pools

I was delighted and saddened to see my favorite swimming hole on the front of the Outdoors section (July 6). Delighted, as I have jumped off that rock and slid down that very rock slide. Saddened, because the river has been ruined by visitors, and the cover photo will only invite more to come.
