Pakistan, India to Hold New Talks
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan — Pakistan and India agreed Tuesday to hold a series of talks in coming weeks on a variety of issues, including a dam being constructed in the Indian-held portion of Kashmir that Pakistan says threatens the water supply on its side of the disputed border, the Pakistani Foreign Ministry said.
