Pan Pacific Retail Buys Anaheim Plaza
Pan Pacific Retail Properties Inc., the largest U.S. West Coast shopping center operator, acquired Anaheim Plaza for $57 million to add to its portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers in Orange County.
The seller was the California State Teachers’ Retirement System, Pan Pacific spokeswoman Carol Merriman said. The company financed the purchase with its unsecured line of credit, Pan Pacific said. The purchase increases Pan Pacific’s retail holdings in Orange County to about 2 million square feet.
