Costa Mesa is offering a royal welcome to visitors with a rebate program for hotel guests.
The “Fly, Drive and Dine on Us” promotion, which runs through Sept. 10, features hotel rates as low as $109 a night. Visitors also receive $30 a night in dining certificates and rebates of $30 on their airfare or gasoline purchase. There is a two-night minimum.
