Man in Reagan Mask and Cape Robs Bank

A man wearing a Ronald Reagan mask and a cape robbed a Bank of America branch Tuesday of an undetermined amount of cash, police said.
The robber fled in a GMC Suburban, hitting two cars.
When a dye pack hidden in the money exploded, the man ran off, dropping his mask and a $50 bill and leaving his gun in the vehicle, police said.
