Bound body found in apartment fire

Firefighters in Brooklyn extinguished an apartment blaze only to discover the body of a man who had been bound with duct tape and set aflame.
Officials have not been able to identify the man, found in a basement apartment in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section. Police said it was not clear whether the man was alive when he was set on fire with the help of an accelerant.
