Memorial service for Cecil Hicks to be held Monday
A memorial service for Cecil Hicks, a former Orange County district attorney and Superior Court judge who died Friday, will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Trinity United Presbyterian Church, 13922 N. Prospect Ave., Santa Ana.
