Suspect held in S. Africa surfaces

A Pakistani man has appeared in an Islamabad court 18 months after being secretly deported from South Africa, and is being held on suspicion of links to London suicide bombings, his lawyer said.
South African authorities arrested Khalid Rashid four months after the July 2005 bombings that killed 52.
He appeared in court April 12, lawyer Hashmat Habib said.
