Update -- It has been 12 days since the Galaxy’s last match, time for some injured players to recover and be available for today’s game, a qualifier for the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup. Forward Gavin Glinton and midfielder Pete Vagenas should be back, but defender Troy Roberts will undergo surgery on his right hip today and will be sidelined for two to three months. Defender Tyrone Marshall did not travel to Ohio because of a lingering calf injury. Midfielders Santino Quaranta and Quavas Kirk also stayed home because of injuries.
