U.S. arms said to end up with Kurds

Turkish legislators said American weapons have been turning up in the hands of Kurdish guerrillas.
The accusations came days before a high-level Pentagon team travels to Iraq to investigate how U.S. weapons intended for Iraqi security forces wound up being used for killings and other crimes in Turkey.
This year, Turkey complained to Washington about U.S. weapons ending up in the hands of rebels of the Kurdistan Workers Party, or PKK.
