A former Bosnian Serb general was arrested on the border between Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, police said.
Zdravko Tolimir, indicted by the United Nations war crimes tribunal, was a top aide to Gen. Ratko Mladic during the slaughter of up to 8,000 Bosnian Muslim boys and men in Srebrenica in 1995.
