Sound bites

One might think that watching relatively attractive females running around in tennis gear would be a reasonably palatable visual consumable. Well, if those females are Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova, think again. What’s with all that annoying grunting? Sooner than later, I’m forced to change the channel.

With the U.S. Open coming up in early September, they need to cease and desist. Noise pollution isn’t taken lightly in New York. Car horns cannot be exercised in Manhattan, cold sufferers cannot blow into tissues on a public street, and Canada geese are routinely asked to head back from whence they came.
