Sizemore settles Fleiss lawsuit
Actor Tom Sizemore settled a lawsuit brought against him by his ex-girlfriend, former “Hollywood Madam” Heidi Fleiss, according to court papers obtained Monday.
Attorneys for the parties told West Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Joseph S. Biderman on Friday that resolution had been reached in the case. Sizemore’s attorney, Jeffrey P. Magwood, declined to comment on the settlements, and the terms were not contained within the court file.
In a lawsuit filed April 2004 in West Los Angeles Superior Court, Fleiss alleged that Sizemore, whose credits include “Black Hawk Down” and “Saving Private Ryan,” caused her emotional distress by threatening several times to contact her probation officer to try and have her probation revoked.
Sizemore was convicted in August 2003 of misdemeanor charges of physically abusing Fleiss and harassing and annoying her. He had been on bail pending appeal of that case when he was arrested last Tuesday in Bakersfield for alleged possession of methamphetamine.
