J&J; to take charge of $440 million

Johnson & Johnson said it would take a $440-million charge on a write-down of assets related to Natrecor, a heart-failure treatment.
The New Brunswick, N.J., drug maker is writing down Natrecor assets because of a recent decline in sales, according to the filing.
