A group of neighbors is suing a Kentucky farmer, claiming the propane cannon he uses to scare away birds from his sweet corn with blasts sometimes as loud as 120 decibels has prevented them from enjoying their property.
A plaintiff in the suit said the group didn’t believe a cannon was a normal agricultural sound.
