Thank Susan Spano for the article about Arthur Frommer [“The Wide World of Arthur Frommer,” July 12]. If ever there was a godfather to all of us who travel the world with little money and great expectations, it would be Frommer. He didn’t preach politics. He simply showed us how to enjoy the history, beauty and friendliness of the world’s people. Viva Arthur Frommer!
