President Obama watches Wizards rout Bulls
at Washington 113, Chicago 90: With President Obama courtside, the last-place Wizards embarrassed the First Fan’s hometown team. The crowd of 18,114 greeted Obama with a standing ovation and raucous cheering, while several players stood on court and applauded too.
Cleveland 97, at San Antonio 86: LeBron James had 30 points and 14 rebounds, and the Cavaliers rebounded from Thursday’s loss at Houston. The Spurs again were without Tim Duncan.
at Boston 104, Indiana 99: Stephon Marbury, in his first game with the Celtics, scored eight points, six during a decisive fourth-quarter run.
Detroit 93, at Orlando 85: Richard Hamilton, back in the starting lineup in place of injured Allen Iverson, had 31 points as the Pistons ended an eight-game losing streak.
at Dallas 110, Oklahoma City 108 (OT): Dirk Nowitzki scored 17 of his 41 points in the fourth quarter and overtime for the Mavericks, who rallied from a late 12-point deficit. The Thunder played most of the game without Kevin Durant, who sprained his right ankle in the first quarter.
Philadelphia 108, at New York 103: Thaddeus Young blocked Chris Duhon’s layup with 30 seconds left to help preserve the 76ers’ win.
Portland 102, at Minnesota 82: Brandon Roy scored 19 points for the Trail Blazers against the team that originally drafted him.
at Atlanta 91, Miami 83: Al Horford’s 21 points and 22 rebounds helped the Hawks move 2 1/2 games ahead of the Heat for fourth in the East.
at New Orleans 95, Milwaukee 94: Tyson Chandler’s tip-in with 3.3 seconds left saved the Hornets, who blew a 17-point lead in the last 3:52.
Charlotte 112, at Golden State 109: Raymond Felton had 26 points and helped rally the Bobcats to only their fourth win in 13 games.
at Denver 90, Lakers 79: The Lakers had their second-worst shooting night since the franchise moved to Los Angeles -- 29.8%.
at Sacramento 98, Clippers 86: Kevin Martin scored 20 points to help the Kings end a three-game skid with only their third win in 20 games.
