Re “Homeboy needs your help,” Opinion, July 11
Chances are that if you are reading this newspaper, you are not feeling the desperation many feel because of the state budget crisis.
Homeboy Industries is one of the treasures here that is feeling that desperation. But as Tim Rutten said in his column, each of us can help. Father Greg Boyle and his staff really do change lives.
