Qualcomm Inc. raised its third-quarter sales and earnings forecasts, helped by demand for semiconductors used in faster mobile-phone networks.
Sales will be at least $2.67 billion, compared with a prior forecast of as much as $2.6 billion, the San Diego-based company said. Operating income will be at least $830 million, up from a previous projection of as much as $650 million.
