Hewlett-Packard Co. and Alcatel-Lucent have struck a tentative 10-year deal to jointly market their products to businesses.

HP, based in Palo Alto, makes computers, printers and servers, while Paris-based Alcatel-Lucent supplies networking and telecommunications equipment.
