Yahoo Inc. said in a regulatory filing that laying off nearly 700 workers would cost $30 million to $34 million in severance pay and related expenses.
The layoffs, which were announced in April, affect about 5% of the Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Internet giant’s workers worldwide.
