It’s last call for the Travel section’s year-end photo issue. The best dozen or so reader submissions will be featured in a special photo issue Dec. 27, and the 100 top submissions will be posted on the website. The rules: Photos should be from travel during 2008 or 2009. Professional photographers are not eligible. Please include full name, city of residence, a couple of sentences describing the shot and your phone number, which will be used for verification only. Participants agree that The Times may reproduce photos in any format.

-travel@latimes.com. Please put PHOTO ISSUE in the subject line. Photos submitted to the weekly Your Scene feature are eligible and do not need to be re-sent. The deadline for submissions is Nov. 22.
