Update: Break up the Bulls. Chicago has won seven in a row but will be playing its first game without center Joakim Noah, who had surgery Thursday to repair a torn ligament in his right thumb. Clippers Coach Vinny Del Negro will be returning to Chicago for the first time since he was fired by the Bulls in May.
