Forward Brad Richardson, out since he suffered an upper-body injury Dec. 15, was expected to meet the team in Chicago and might play. However, the Kings will be without defensemen Matt Greene (upper-body injury) and Willie Mitchell (lower-body injury). The Blackhawks are expected to be without wingers Patrick Kane (left ankle), Marian Hossa (lower-body injury) and Viktor Stalberg (shaken by hard hit). The Blackhawks had lost three straight games before they defeated the Detroit Red Wings on Friday.
